Do you have a physical retail store / showroom?
Kane X chairs are currently sold exclusively online. Fret not, our 100-Days Kane XPerience policy allows you enough time to decide if our chairs are right for you, right in the comfort of your own workstation or gaming setup!
How does the 100-Days Kane XPerience work?
It is absolutely FREE to return the products if you are dissatisfied with your purchase if you request for return of your purchases within one hundred (100) days from the delivery date for a full refund. The full refund amount will exclude any assembly and/or other miscellaneous fees paid when the original order was made.
The 100 Days Kane XPerience policy applies only on orders that are delivered to a residential address, the collection point for the return has to be the same as the address indicated in the order. Any delivery charges incurred for the returns will be covered by us. We reserve the right to request for images of the actual product before processing the request and may decline to process returns if the chairs are abused in any way beyond normal usage.
If you do not request for a return or refund within the said one hundred (100) days, we deem that you are fully satisfied with your purchase and thereafter no return or refund will be accepted.

The Kane X team consists of gaming enthusiasts with vast experience in the furniture industry, that means our 10+ years of ergonomic seating and desking experience has the power to keep you comfortable as you get through the gaming grind to get the win. With vast experience in the furniture industry and customer support, the Kane X team look forward to delight customers from the gaming segment.
Do you deliver on weekends?
We only provide delivery service from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
