It is absolutely FREE to return the products if you are dissatisfied with your purchase if you request for return of your purchase within one hundred (100) days from the delivery date for a full refund. The full refund amount will exclude any assembly and/or other miscellaneous fees paid when the original order was made.
The 100 Days Kane XPerience policy applies only on orders that are delivered to a residential address, the collection point for the return has to be the same as the address indicated in the order. Any delivery charges incurred for the returns will be covered by us. We reserve the right to request for images of the actual product before processing the request and may decline to process returns if the chairs are abused in any way beyond normal usage.
If you do not request for a return or refund within the said one hundred (100) days, we deem that you are fully satisfied with your purchase and thereafter no return or refund will be accepted.
